Each trust will have three benchmark performance graphs – one for each focus area: • clinical focus • patient focus • capacity and capability Note: PCT focus areas are: access to quality service, improving health and service provision. These graphs are in the form of a bar chart, showing all trusts in the same cluster, with your trust (i.e. the trust that was selected to access the report) highlighted for identification.
