The fee for conference attendees (not accompanied by spouse/companion or children) is USD $1,495. Save $200 by registering before this date. This fee covers conference materials (including the conference Proceedings), a reception on Monday July 25th, the Welcome Mixer on Tuesday July 26th, a reception/banquet on Wednesday July 27th, and lunches, breakfasts and breaks from July 26-27. This fee does not cover spouses, adult family members (18 years and older), or participation fees for golf or the spouse program or tours.
