What does the assistive technology process entail?
The Center on Disability believes that all students should have exposure to the assistive technology that is available within the college. Therefore, once a student has met with a counselor, he or she will be referred to the Coordinator of Assistive Technology for a technology assessment to determine whether he/she can benefit from using the technology and/or be trained in the technology that is recommended as reasonable accommodation.
