What does the “Archive” flag mean for a course?
For a course with a specific Start Date set, if a scheduled unit has been sent, it will never be sent again (because its date has passed). If you set the Archive flag for this course, CourseBot provides a publicly-accessible link to each of these past units. To see these links, first set the Archive flag. Then, on the course page, you’ll see a new link “Show archive of past units”. Click that to see a list of the past units. You can link to this directly from a Web page to provide a full archive. Or you can link to individual units.
