What does the Amtek Warranty cover?
Water leaks, loss of a/c when outdoor conditions are in excess of 80 degrees, loss of heat when outdoor conditions below 40, loss of hot/cold water supply (not utility related), loss of electrical service to entire unit (not utility related) as well as any major interior and structural questions should be directed to Amtek. If Amtek doesnt cover it, it is the owners responsibility.
