There are two Alpha-Stim devices. The Alpha-Stim 100 treats pain on the body and anxiety, insomnia and depression. The Alpha-Stim SCS treats anxiety, insomnia and depression but not pain. That one costs a bit less and is easier to use. The Alpha-Stim 100 is the one most commonly prescribed at Georgetown Integrative Health.
