What does the airport manager say to Jack?

It seems that it was never loaded upon the plane. Later, in the airport, Jack has a conversation with John. John asks, “What did you lose?” Jack replies, “You wouldn’t believe me if I told you.” The conversation transcends into more of a philosophical discussion. As John prepares to leave, Jack inquires as to what happened to John. John insists that his condition is irreversible. Jack promptly replies, “Nothing is irreversible.” In the opening of the second part, a life is to be saved and Sawyer prepares to bury Juliet.
