What does the “Activated Entitlements percentage” line on my 2006 Additional Sugar Support Payment letter mean?

0

Your additional sugar support has been apportioned across the historic element of all your non-SDA entitlements (except set-aside) that you held on 15 May 2006. If you had activated fewer of these entitlements than you held, your payment will be in proportion to the percentage of entitlements activated. e.g. If you held 100 entitlements with an historic element, but activated only 70 in 2006 then your payment will be 70% of the amount that would have been due if you had activated all of your entitlements. Your decision on activation in 2006 does not affect future years.
