What does the 5 year labor warranty on new roof installations include?
For five (5) years after the completion date of the new roof, we will repair any defects in the roof installation that cause leakage or damage to the building, including repair of interior contents. This warranty covers improper installation and neglect only. It does not cover any repairs caused by acts beyond our control, including but not limited to : interior condensation build-up, inadequate insulation or ventilation, leakage due to masonry saturation, leakage through cracks, holes, voids, and splits in wall siding or chimney materials that can bypass the roof system.
