What does the 100,000 yen application fee cover?
The 100,000 yen covers administrative support expenses for the admission process (data entry, follow-up, communications etc.) and fixed expenses like rent, computer, fax etc… but also covers the Academic time when seating and reviewing the application before during and after the admission committee. It also includes the membership fees to SICD, subjected to annual renewal fee.
