I did not agree with the comment above. Status backordered means that the item or some of items you bought is out of stock at the moment and the mercahnt put them on back order for you. As soon as it is back in stock they will send you your order. I had such issues with some on-line merchants and I know that this can happen sometimes. However I suggest you to contact the customer support and ask them what do they mean.
