What does St. Patrick’s Day mean to the Dropkick Murphys?
WALLACE: It’s just a really good time for us to get together with our families and about three thousand of our closest friends, and we party it up. Each day is another adventure of the St. Patrick’s flavor, you know? It’s usually a blur for all of us. SHOCKHOUND: Unlike the rest of us, you’re basically celebrating St. Patrick’s Day every day for a couple of weeks. WALLACE: Yeah, it’s like that movie Groundhog Day. You wake up, you’re in the same clothes; you go to the same venue, see a lot of the same faces, drink a lot of the same beer…it’s awesome!
