What Does Skirt Mean In English Terms?
A skirt is a garment usually worn by a lady. It is a cone or a tube shaped garment that hangs beginning from the waist covering the legs wholly or a part of the legs are covered. The garment is available in various materials and fittings. One can wear a flared skirt, a narrow cut, a –line cut and also the ‘fish’ cut. The hem lines of a skirt too are varied you can either have a free flowing skirt along the whole length of your legs or a three-fourth length, knee length skirt or go even shorter. The length of the skirts depends on the trends in fashion. They may also vary according to the personal taste of a person wearing it.
