What does Selecting Starting Line-up mean?
When selecting starting line-up you decide which footballers that should get to play from start and which footballers that should be on the substitution bench. You also select in which position the starting footballers will play in (remember that footballers will perform worse in positions other than their main or additional positions). Make sure that you communicate and discuss your intentions and strategy with your footballers so that they know what to do and are able to give feedback and ask questions before the match starts. As long as a footballer has not received too many yellow or red cards the footballer should be possible to select for the starting line-up. However, make sure to keep an eye on your footballer’s condition levels since they can be very low and thereby limit the footballer’s performance.
