What does second generation mean?
It means that we prefer to employ experts who have several years of experience in sales or management, but has limited experience in training. Over the years – indeed this is one the reasons for Develor becoming market leader – we have discovered that it is more effective to develop someone to become a certified Develor trainer than to make him comfortable in the banking or automotive sector. So, what we mean by second generation trainers is that our high quality certified trainers are not “just” good trainers and experts in theories and managing the learning environment, but they possess hands-on practical experience in their business sector.
