We chemically clean (certified green non-toxic) your wood floors deeper than a light sanding or screening. The deep cleaning conditions and prepares the existing finish (polyurethane or aluminum oxide) to provide optimum adhesion of the new coat of finish. After cleaning our premium finish of two coats of technologically advanced catalyzed urethane is applied. Recommended for a finish lasting about 6 – 8 years before SANDLESS FLOORxS recoat. Our system does not remove between 1/32 to 1/16 of the wear layer of the wood reducing the life span of the floor. Floors can only be sanded a couple of times before they may need to be replaced.
