What does RTITB mean and is it beneficial to the Employer or Employee?
RTITB stands for Road Transport Industry Training Board. The RTITB is a governing training body which promotes, provides and supports training skills for businesses and individuals that are involved with transport and warehouse related industries. CITB which is the Construction Industry Training Board is associated with the Construction industry. RTITB is of great benefit to both an Employer and an Employee. A training certificate which has been endorsed by the RTITB is evidence that an individual has received appropriate training for which he or she wishes to exercise. An Employer will recognise the RTITB qualification as a standard which has been attained by an individual.
