What does RRSA measure?
RRSA measures electronic information competencies, both general and discipline specific, based on the Information Literacy Competency Standards for Higher Education developed by the Association of College and Research Libraries. Information competencies are defined as key attributes manifested by people who purposefully and thoughtfully manage electronically stored information for academic research and self-education purposes.
