Gaming Associates have developed a risk profile relating to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission’s policies, including approved technical standards and other policies and directions from time-to-time. Gaming Associates have developed a high level questionnaire, which is distributed an interactive RTF document. The Commission requires CPAs and applicants to complete the questionnaire and return to Gaming Associates. Gaming Associates perform a desktop risk assessment, based on the questionnaire response and any supplementary information and provides a risk assessment to the Commission, with recommendations. The risk assessment is undertaken in accordance with AS/NZS4360, and recommendations are based on industry best-practice and accepted practice. The Commission approves gambling systems. The Commission utilises Gaming Associates expertise as required.
