well i went to the dominican republic last year and the dress code for one of the restaurants was resort formal, i just wore nice fancy sandles, cute skirt and a fancy type tank top im pretty sure it means nice, but not extravagent and definetly not beach wear like board shorts and a tshirt goodluck ella
