What does REHABdynamix do to support the professional development and continuing education of its therapy employees?
As part of our comprehensive professional development program we conduct regular performance review and planning sessions to assist our clinicians in establishing their career goals and meeting REHABdynamix performance expectations. Once these goals are clear, REHABdynamix clinicians receive continuing education reimbursement and tuition assistance to help defray the costs of seeking continued learning experiences. Our clinical support and mentoring programs via a network of clinical experts provides opportunities for individualized learning and supervision. In-service training is provided on a regional/corporate level to give our clinicians the latest information on relevant clinical and regulatory issues. We also offer a comprehensive PPS/MDS review program and require all of our clinicians to pass a competency assessment at 80% or higher-we want you to be confident of your ability to practice effectively in a Medicare payment environment.
