The RFO requires recognition of years of service for purposes of career advancement and promotion consideration, determining eligibility and vesting for retirement plans and 401K plans, and eligibility to participate in medical, dental, life and other similar benefits plans including vacation, severance eligibility, and post-retirement medical benefits. These details can be found in Section 2.2 of Exhibit 5 in the RFO.
