What does Ready Pac mean by “European”?
The Europeans have always been on the cutting edge when it comes to gourmet salads. They constantly experiment with different greens, cut sizes and combinations. Ready Pac is taking a chapter out of the European experience by providing U.S. consumers with colorful combinations of baby lettuces and hard and soft lettuces. Ready Pac has proprietary rights in North America to unique European processing technology. This technology includes the use of the clear, anti-fog film to showcase the salad’s freshness as well as the “pillow” packaging that protects delicate lettuces from bruising and prolongs their shelf life.
