A – Certification of your Quality Management System is the process by which an independent third-party (Registrar) audits your QMS or EMS against the requirements of the selected Standard. Sadly, the objective of many companies is solely to obtain a Certificate from a Registrar because they are required to, without truly considering and measuring the benefits of the QMS or EMS itself.
