What does Psychic mean?
A. The word “psychic” derives from the Greek, “psy” which means mind. There are many common words which contain that root, such as psychology (the study of the mind). In current usage, the word psychic means a person who had the ability to use their mind to see, or perceive, things that are not apparent to other people. It also refers to the ability itself, as in saying a person is psychic.
