What Does Pre-Order and Back-Order mean?
Pre-Order: If an item has an expected date then please place your order and we will send it as soon as it is ready! Pre-ordering will secure your allocation and waiting until the day may lead to disappointment! Please note that expected dates are estimates. Back-Order: If you see this message, you can still place an order, however we have no information when the next batch of stock will come in. (Don’t hold your breath it can take a few weeks.) But we will despatch it when as soon as it becomes available. Sometimes older items are discontinued and we work hard to clear these from our system. • Why does it take 1-4 days to despatch goods of they are marked “Available”? We are only a small shop but with big roots we source uncommonly sold product just in time from our suppliers then ship them to you as soon as they arrive. Here is a little tip for you!
