for dementia is committed to the continuous process of practice development for Admiral Nursing. This is seen as an inclusive process in which the needs of all those involved are considered i.e. families affected by dementia, Admiral Nurses, other professionals/colleagues etc. in developing practice which is appropriate, reflexive and responsive. A practice development strategy for Admiral Nursing has been developed through consultation with a wide range of stakeholders and informed by expert opinion.
