What does postpartum care include?
The main focus of our postpartum care is to provide emotional and physical support for the new mother, in whatever form that may take. Sometimes it is in the form of helping the new mother learn newborn care, such as bathing and diapering. Sometimes it is in the form of helping mom with breastfeeding. While we are not a housecleaning service, we do provide light housecleaning (tidying up dishes, throwing in a load of laundry, etc.) and light cooking to make sure that mom is well nourished. Our purposes is to make sure that your transition into a new family unit is smooth and enjoyable. Please let us know what your specific needs are. * Breastfeeding support * Newborn care * Light housekeeping * Light cooking * Errands * Support for mom in whatever way that she needs Standard package fee: $400 This fee covers postpartum care for the first 2 weeks after the birth of your baby. You will have in-home care for 3 days out of the first week and 2 days the second week (5 days total) – 4 hours
