The “attribute set ID 2135” message refers to the return policy portion of the posting template. If you receive this message it usually indicates that you are posting to a category that does not support the return policy and you currently have that option selected in your posting template. You will want to assign a posting template without the return policy to the ad and then try posting the item again.
