What does Participation in the Exhibitions Include?
• cost for the rent of exhibition space (base rate): indoor equipped space; indoor space only, or outdoor space; • surcharge for a stand located in the most prestigious or central place (+10% above base rate); • surcharge for the stand type: • • inline booth (opening onto alley): 0% (no surcharge); • corner (opening onto 2 alleys): +10% on base rate; • peninsular (opening onto 3 alleys): +15% on base rate; • island (opening onto 4 alleys): +20% on base rate; • double floor as arranged with the Organizers: +30% on base rate; • Compulsory Registration Fee (registration, catalogue listing in the official Exhibition Catalogue – max. 60 words in English and 60 words in Ukrainian, 50 complimentary tickets, 2 tickets for gala dinner); • Insurance (compulsory exhibition insurance and civil liability).
