What does Pardon Services Canada provide for a Basic Waiver?
• First, we interview you to discuss eligibility and next steps • We then compile your personal information on a secure database • Then, we get together all of the legal documents you will need • Next, we send out the instructional package, which includes: • all required waiver documents ready for signature • step-by-step instructions tailored specifically to your case • general information on “Things You Need to Know” and answers to “Frequently Asked Questions” about traveling with criminal records • filing instructions and locations for each specific area; • Pardon Services Canada has a flat rate of $10 per page for replacement documents and instructions • NOTE: As of July 30, 2007, all U.S. Entry Waiver applicants are required to make a payment to the Department of Homeland Security in the amount of $US 545.00. This fee is paid directly to the U.S. Government, so financing is not available. This fee is in addition to Pardon Services Canada’s Basic Waiver Application Service Fee of $
