What does OSHA boom certification mean?
A. California OSHA boom certification provides a complete safety inspection on the truck, boom, and related hydraulic, electrical, or mechanical accessories on the unit, by a licensed inspection company with the State of California Department of Industrial Safety. The California OSHA requirements meet or exceed the Federal OSHA safety requirements that apply to other states. The inspection company will provide a detailed report, noting deficiencies and corrections. Dielectric electrical boom testing is also done on insulated fiberglass booms.
