“Order on Hold – Amount Mismatch – Request Refund” status means that the payment for your order went through successfully, but there was some significant discrepancy in the order amount we received from Google (or) PayPal. This status also means that we did not process / forward your order to restaurant. If you encounter this status in your order, we request you to write to us from the Contact page with the details of your order, so that we can process a refund.
