“OPT OUT” means that some address in this message’s TO, CC, or BCC fields match an address in the CustomMailer “opt-out” list, which by default is in C:\Program Files\CustomMailer 4.0\MyOptOutList.txt. If so, the message is not sent to anyone for this mailing list row.
