OPC stands for the Optimal Process of Communication The first time those letters came together was through the output of Australian Learning expert Jon Warner. During the research for his PhD in the retention of learning John developed a unique way that significantly improves the way information is absorbed and retained by the learner. The work of Bengt-Arne Svennberg and Kent Fäith saw this learning model absorbed into a strategic internal communication process and OPC was born.
