What does NyM do for holidays?
Most large holidays, Halloween, Christmas, Fourth Of July, etc, are large group events were as many players as possible play at once. This is because these events are group events in game and more people would be in one area than normal. When a holiday or other large event is coming up, a moderator will post an OOC comment about the time and date the event will take place on, or asking the players when the best time and date would be for most people. Then the chat is simply scheduled for that date and time. These events almost never take place on the actual day of the holidays, as most players would be too busy with real life to play games on those event days. If you’re unable to make it to the set date and time for the event you’ll have to plot your character(s) doing something else at the time.
