What does nutritional replenishment have to do with asthma?

0

Asthma occurs for the reasons I wrote in the book. One of the reasons is because the body is missing the nutrients needed for normal muscle relaxation in the bronchioles and therefore the bronchioles spasm. That is what makes your chest feel tight when you have an attack. It’s basically like a million little muscle spasms throughout the lungs. Additionally, asthmatics have something that is inflaming the body so it is vital to have all the nutrients needed to fight inflammation. I have found that in every asthmatic that they are deficient in these nutrients and thus cannot fight the inflammation. That is why you fell congested and like you can’t expand your chest. It is filled with inflammation or swelling. So, replenishing the nutrients your body needs is key to handling Asthma.
