What does “normal size uterus with thick endometrium, in secretory phase” mean?

The secretory phase is the luteal phase of ovulation. It starts about 14 days before your period or the day after you start ovulating. Your progesterone increases to make your temperature rise to make a more fertile environment. The endometrium is the lining of your uterus. There’s nothing abnormal about that statement (I’m not a doc but I am a nurse). Myoma uteri I think is a med term for a fibroid (a tumor), but it doesn’t mean cancer by any means so don’t freak out!!! Hope everything turns out okay.
