What does “na” mean?
Some items (mostly the larger sizes) are Special Order items. These items are marked throughout the site as “na” as well as on the order form. It means that you must order the minimum quantity as a special order. Special orders are pre-paid when the availability is confirmed, and the wait time may be up to 60 days.
