What does My.GeorgiaSouthern.edu Offer for Faculty & Staff? Faculty will access Wings and WebCT through the Single Sing-On application at http://my.georgiasouthern.edu.
What will my username and password be for Single Sign-On? Students will use their current email username for their My.Georgiasouthern account. Their initial password will be the EagleID. The first time they log in, students will be asked to create a new password. Faculty & Staff will use their Novell/Groupwise username and password. Faculty who do not have a Novell or GroupWise username and password, will be required to establish one. What if I forget or lose my username and password? Students may opt to create a security question that, along with some personal information, will allow them to get into the system and reset the password. Students who cannot remember the answer to the security question must cvall the helpdesk at 912-681-5429. Faculty & Staff members need to contact the IT Services Helpdesk at (912) 681-5429. Since their access is based on Novell account information, it is separate from students, and must be reset by an administrator.
