Your patient should go to the bayerdiabetes.co.uk website and download the computer version of GLUCOFACTS™ DELUXE software. Please be aware that if the GLUCOFACTS™ DELUXE file is deleted from Bayer’s CONTOUR® USB meter, the meter system will no longer function as plug & play and your patient will need to access the data management software from their computer.
