What does my computer need in order to connect to the Residence Halls network?

A network card is necessary for connection to the Residence Halls network. You can purchase a network card through the Paper Owl Bookstore or you may purchase your own card. Cards must be 10 Mbps and 10 Base-T compatible. The Residence Halls will support Windows 95, 98, and NT operating systems. Other systems are not supported but access is still available.
