What does morning sickness feel like?
What you feel is absolutely normal. Just as pregnancy is unique for each mother, each one has different experiences of morning sickness. Some people throw up and some just feel sick. Don’t worry. This may last further for a maximum of 6 to 8 weeks or less. My wife suggests that you should relax as you wake up in the morning and take good deep breath. This helps both your body and mind. Take fresh lime juice added with less sugar, little bit of salt and ground black pepper. Drink plenty of water if you can. Avoid fatty food. Keep your thoughts light / don’t worry. Be happy & be cheerful.
