MobileTalk has a one time activation fee of $9.99 and a monthly fee of $9.99 for new customers. Customers with an existing Packet8 account pay just $4.99 per month. MobileTalk calls are billed on a per minute basis at Packet8’s industry-leading international rates, available at http://www.packet8.net/international_services/. MobileTalk users will also be billed (by their mobile carrier) for any charges or airtime used to connect their telephone to the local Packet8 access number in their area. The monthly plan includes the ability to recreate your MobileTalk account for a different Smartphone at any time, online call records you can see at any time, and convenient payment of all monthly and international charges via your credit or debit card.
