What does measuring the busy signal mean?
Every time DialIdol makes a phone call it records whether a busy signal was detected. If a busy signal was not detected it’s assumed to be a vote. Your results are then submitted back to DialIdol.com’s servers which total up everyone’s results. The more people that use DialIdol the more data we have to determine who America is voting for and that means we can measure the busy signal and predict who is winning and who is losing.
