What does May December relationship mean?
A May/December relationship is when one of the partners is very young and the other partner is very old. It is usually used to mean a younger woman and an older man, such as a 22 year old woman and a 70 year old man. The “May” person has most of their life ahead of them as the year has most of its months ahead of it and the “December” person has most of their life behind them as the year would have most of its months behind it.
