What does Matrix charge for management services?
Management fees are generally charged based on the number of services a property owner requires. For example, we have the ability to pay your mortgages, taxes, insurance and all other property expenses. If the property owner wants to pay these charges themselves, then the Matrix fee would be reduced. At Matrix we have very competitive fees, but since client fees are negotiable the best option is to call and allow us to discuss your needs and determine a fee that fits within your budget.
