What does Laser Vision Correction cost?
Optimized and custom LASIK with Intralase, and PRK cost $1975 per eye at the Casey Vision Correction Center. During your pre-operative examination, your doctors will talk with you about the best procedure(s) for your specific situation. The fee for a pre-operative examination and consultation is $100 and is deducted from the cost of surgery. Our fees include all surgical care, post-operative care and any enhancement procedures (if needed) for a period of one year. We accept VISA, MasterCard, checks, cash and CareCredit financing.
The cost of good eyesight is priceless. The fee for the procedure ranges from $995 to $1799 per eye depending upon the severity of your correction and whether you are choosing conventional LASIK or Custom Vue LASIK. This cost includes all examinations and pre-operative testing, the surgeon’s fee, facility fee and 6 months of post operative office visits. If you require a re-treatment within two years of your initial surgery, there is a fee of either $200 or $350 per eye. This fee is charged by the laser manufacturer. Prices for re-treatments vary based on conventional LASIK or Custom Vue LASIK. There is no additional charge from your doctor.
