Landcom is a State-Owned Corporation of the New South Wales Government. Landcom plans new developments and creates new residential and industrial communities – on vacant land and established sites. Landcom also has two other offices located at Newcastle, 200 kms north of Sydney and Campbelltown, 45 kms south-west of Sydney.
