What does JST use as a Diagnostic Exam to determine an initial program for incoming students?

We believe that the best way to plan a program for our incoming students is to review both their PSAT scores as well as a Diagnostic exam that each student takes at home. The exam is typically the first test in THE COLLEGE BOARD SAT preparation book. If the student is planning on taking the ACT, then we use the first exam from the THE REAL ACT preparation book. We analyze data from both tests as well as gather information regarding each student’s previous academic high school/middle school history to formulate an effective plan of attack to conquer the upcoming exams.
